We recommend visiting Narzissen Bad Aussee from the age of 6. Of course, we are also happy to welcome visitors under the age of 6, but we would like to point out that as a place of rest and relaxation, we do not offer any special activities for children.
The Narzissen Bad Aussee is a place of rest and relaxation. In this sense, we ask you to use your cell phones silently in our house, so that you can enjoy your recreational value and the relaxing environment in appropriate peace. Thank you.
Due to wet or slippery floor surfaces, special caution is required. We therefore recommend wearing non-slip bathing shoes.
BATH
Our pools are suitable only for swimmers due to their depth 140cm. Non-swimmers must use the pools accompanied.
The intense and healing effect of our water is invigorating for your body. Therefore, we recommend a maximum stay of 20 minutes in the brine pools.
We have a lift for wheelchair users, which makes it easier to enter the pool. All zones are barrier-free.
SAUNA
Our sauna area is a textile-free zone, so access is only permitted from the age of 16.
Let yourself be pampered by professional and special infusions by our trained staff. Infusions by sauna guests are not permitted due to our medically coordinated infusion program in terms of time and content. Thank you for your understanding.
GASTRONOMY
From a consumption of € 10,00 we automatically extend your 4-h-stay for 30 minutes free of charge.
For the use of the bath and sauna gastronomy we ask you to wear body-covering clothes (bathrobe, T-shirt).
CURE, THERAPY & WELLNESS
The type of clothing depends on the respective application. Our experienced staff will be happy to advise you.
You are welcome to bring your cozy bathrobe, slippers and towels with you to the body treatments in the medical wellness area.
If you have any health problems, please let us know before you make your appointment. We will be happy to discuss with you whether the desired treatments are suitable for you and, if necessary, find beneficial alternatives.
Let us know your preferred treatment methods and your wishes. We will be happy to accommodate them.
You can also enjoy many of our exclusive treatments as a couple! Our Private Spa offers you a separate, enclosed area with infrared cabin, double tub and relaxation room.
We recommend that you reserve your well-being treatments in good time so that we can perfectly coordinate your appointments with your wishes.
Not everything in life always goes according to plan. Therefore, should you ever need to cancel an appointment, we will of course do so for you free of charge up to twelve hours before the start. However, we ask for your understanding that in the case of cancellations at shorter notice, the application will have to be charged.

MEDICAL FITNESS
In the changing rooms you will find lockers where you can store your clothes. We ask for your understanding that we assume no liability for theft and therefore recommend that you do not take valuables with you.
In line with our Medical Fitness philosophy, we attach great importance to hygiene. Therefore, we ask you to place a towel underneath each time you use our modern strength equipment. After using the equipment, a disinfectant is available for cleaning.
The use of the fitness area is also subject to the house and bathing rules as well as the instructions of the staff.
